I focus on engineering outcomes and processes that drive business, not just follow it: speeding up time–to–market, flexibility, proactive quality, stability and performance improvements, getting rid of manual routine work.
At Littledata, a Shopify data-layer service for analytics and multi-channel advertising (Feb 2025 – Present), I rebuilt a legacy application with React, TypeScript, and Node.js, including Remix, NestJS, Next.js, and MongoDB. I deliver features end to end with product, design, and QA. I reduced client-facing production issues to zero, shortened the design, engineering, and QA cycle by approximately 50%, and improved delivery by approximately 30% through Storybook and Chromatic. I also introduced shared AI-assisted workflows, strengthened observability and E2E coverage, and implemented GitHub Actions CI/CD for bare-metal deployments.
At Vectary, a 3D/CAD/AR collaboration platform (Mar 2021 – Feb 2025), I led React and TypeScript delivery. I improved application loading by 10× and monorepo builds by 20× while reducing CI costs by approximately 30%. I managed a monorepo of approximately 45 packages, migrated tooling to GitHub Actions, improved design and engineering collaboration through a Storybook and Chromatic component system, and optimized the API gateway and 3D viewers built with Vite, WebGL, and Three.js.
In earlier roles, I built and modernized product experiences end to end, which developed my UX and product judgment as an engineer. At Fohlio (US), onboarding conversion increased 3× after I joined. At IQ300, UI and front-end modernization contributed to 450% active-user growth and a 120% increase in signups. I also delivered design-system and front-end collaboration work in Germany, plus product engineering for 3dEYE (Canada), US healthcare/insurance, and UK healthcare/wellness/performance.
